About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT procurement, vendor management, price negotiations, sourcing, quotations, and ensuring timely availability of IT products.
What you'll do
- Manage procurement of new and used IT products.
- Handle corporate customer quotations and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate competitive prices, deals, and credit facilities.
- Compare prices, specifications, stock, and payment terms.
- Maintain a complete local vendor database.
- Prepare price comparison reports for project-based procurement.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of IT products and market sourcing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
